It was a superb base for one night. the staff were amicable and knowledgeable about the area. the perfect central location next to local eateries and scenic parts of Otaru added to the experience. it was just 2 km from Niagara Falls Golf Club. I had really good days staying at this brand-new hotel.

Location just next door to shops and houses, the canals and the restaurants and scenic parts. Very polite staff, double superior room with great view at the garden, the garden and futon beds.

Convenient Location and Delicious Japanese Breakfast 🍳
The hotel's location was super convenient, not too far from the Otaru Museum, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We really loved the rooms and the delicious Japanese breakfast that was served here.

We had a wonderful stay at a nice and cozy place with a good breakfast. The location was perfect, close to the canal which we enjoyed every day. The room was clean and we loved the futon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we highly recommend Plum House.

Clean tatami room with private bath. Functional bathtub. Walking distance to canal. Individual Japanese breakfast with garden view. New building, proper space, lovely design. Nice owner who serves breakfast. Homey style with enough portion. Limited parking but hotel handles public parking fee. Recently renovated guesthouse. Friendly staff. Traditional Japanese breakfast. Nicely sized and extremely clean rooms. Room A-101 has more space but can be noisy.
